Terry has been with the organization since 1993 and reports to the President & Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for the accounting, finance and information services for Home Health Care Management and its four affiliate agencies: Berks Visiting Nurse Association, Greater Lehigh Valley Visiting Nurse Association, Visiting Nurse Association of Pottstown & Vicinity and Advantage Home Care.

Terry states, “Our organizations strive to meet the constant changes and challenges facing home health care.” He has successfully transitioned our agencies to meet the new Medicare reimbursement regulations as they impact on corporate operations. In 1998 he worked with other members of management to merge two home health care companies into the corporation. To meet the need for up-to-the-minute computer technology, Terry was instrumental in instituting the current and ever growing information systems department with automated key internal processes and providing staff with over 180 laptop computers that tie into the company network. He also enjoys his participation in corporate-wide strategic planning initiatives.

Terry is a Director-At-Large, for the Pennsylvania Home Care Association. His one word that describes his job is “fulfilling” in that the work is always new and different and innovative.
